Acubiz is an all-in one app for expense management that enables fast and easy:
• Registration and management of cash and credit card expenses
• Digital mileage book: Tracking of mileage automatically (GPS) or manually
• Time registration such as hours, holiday and absence

• Approval flow between employees, managers and the finance department if configured
Acubiz will ensure a complete yet simple overview of your expenses such as unprocessed transactions, unsettled expenses, transaction history and approval status.
Expenses can be handled as single transactions or consolidated in expense reports. All expenses are quickly transferred to accounting in any finance and salary system.
Acubiz also allows you to customize the dashboard and navigation to match your exact needs and preferences. You can for example add shortcuts to frequently used transactions types.

We’re excited to announce that we’ve added Push notifications to our app, so you can stay updated on your expenses and approvals. As this is the first version of Push notifications, feature will be available for regular users and approvers only, secretary role will get Push notifications in next releases.
We’ve also made some design updates and bug fixes to improve your experience:
• All history, Unsettled list, My action list, Waiting for approval, Expense Report, and Unit screens have a new look and feel.
• Weekly Time Report has some small UI changes for better readability.
• We’ve fixed an issue where images in .HEIC format were not uploading correctly. Now they are automatically converted to .JPG before uploading.
• We’ve fixed some other minor bugs and glitches.
